Vanisi Leal — Biography

Two decades calibrating trust.

Vanisi Leal is an AI governance and cybersecurity leader with more than twenty years across Amazon, Apple, and Accenture — building the operating models and decision frameworks large organizations rely on to move safely through technological change.

At Amazon, she led enterprise privacy and AI governance work and served as Chief of Staff to a $10M+ cyber threat intelligence portfolio. At Apple, she established the company's first third-party trust intelligence program across 30,000+ suppliers and directed a $6M application security portfolio.

Across these roles, one throughline emerged: calibrating trust between people, systems, and autonomous AI agents. That work became Adaptive Trust Intelligence™, her framework for governing authority without accountability at machine scale. She is the creator of When AI Attacks™ and the founder of Matsui.
